Anyone know of a good mechanic in Colorado? Dealership reviews around here aren't too encouraging. I've got my steering stem stuck in the bearing and used penetrating oil and hit it a bunch with a brass punch and hammer and it wont budge. Thought maybe I'd upgrade the stem if I was going to get a "professional" to get the oem stem out. Thanks in advance for any help

I wonder if you couldn't use a gear puller and blocks of wood to push it out of the bearing which would allow you to get to the bearing retainer nut and bearing out?

So I'd use the wood to raise the puller up to the bottom of the stem and have my bike sitting on its wheels? I don't have a gear puller but can get one. Thanks Kilroy
