Chain roller issues

When I got my 450 last week it had a brand new chain roller. Today when I made a hard launch it ripped the rubber off of it and made some great noises on the way back home. I am assuming this has something to do with the amount of preload I am running and my chain tension adjustment but I have no idea where to start.

The do a chain roller relocator which moves it up, sometimes when you have a hard landing it can break the roller and cause damage.

The lower roller it should ride on,upper should only hit in full suspension travel.Just an overall poor design for the top chain roller.

I noticed that the aftermarket rollers don't last as long as the OEM ones

I should have my upper relocator tomorrow but last night I pulled the upper off and took it for a ride and it was still making a lot of noise. I looked around and the lower roller seems like maybe the bearing is out. It has some up and down play and you can wiggle it and it makes some clanking noise so I guess I will be replacing it as well. I may need to put a little more preload in my rear shock. Im a fat guy and at 265 when I get on it the suspension sags quite a bit but I still have about an inch of chain travel when I am on it. Does that sound about right.

tm rollers last a while,I just keep a 8 pack of skateboard bearings in the spare parts bin.
