Cam Mod High Compression

can i do the cam mod on my 06 yfz450 with a cp 13:5 piston or will i run into piston to valve problems??

Nope, cam mod will still work.

The cam mod doesn't affect anything except the timing of the exhaust valves, it won't affect the piston/valve clearance in any way.
