Broken Master Cylinder

Was out taking advantage of the good weather this weekend and some how broke the plastic elbow that connects the break fluid rez to the master cylinder on my rear breaks. Its a 04 yfz and the local dealer cant get the elbow in with out ordering a totally new cylinder. Does any one know if I can get the elbow separately. Also it there a better way to position the rez so it is not as vulnerable? been looking at pictures of other quads but cant see any good solutions. Thanks
