Anyone sent thier shocks to BNR to have them built to your weight / riding type? If so how do you like them? Was thinking about sending them off.

Well, have you thought about trying RaceTech? Their website a bit of eye sore, but they been around forever. I cannot speak to your set-up or RaceTech.

Here is my opinion. In the dirt bike world, I have become quite irritated and distrustful of suspension shops. If someone messed with my sag or clickers, I am pretty sensitive to change. I have had stuff revalved and could not tell plus I had to buy another rear spring when they did not listen to my advice the first time. Could be HS kids interning on your suspension.
So many things better these days. You tube videos, nitrogen set-ups for weekend warriors, etc. The Gold valve couldn't be too bad, right? On the dirt bike forums you can get shim stack advice...not sure if info as readily available in ATV world. I believe Race Tech gives ranges for stacks or options...in the end, I can only imagine the feeling of satisfaction and learning

But next time I am considering race tech for quad or dirt bike. I would like to learn more about shim stacks and consequences of change.

I have never used BNR but my shocks are currently with Derisi. I have heard great things about both. I can let you know how mine turn out when I get them back.

I had BNR do my OEM rear conversion and front fox floats. Holy hell what a difference. I have zero side to side bucking no packing and comp was almost dead on.
He is big in the gncc/xc and relatively close to me. Also had the quickest turn around
