EVERY time I start it it drips radiator fluid. Is this a problem? My radiato fluid was full and now it low? Somebody help please.

Where is it dripping from? If it's from the weep hole, you need to rebuild the water pump.

Its come out the tube in the bottom underneath like the rear brake. I think that is the overflow?

That's the tube for the weep hole, time to rebuild the water pump. Replace the shaft and seals.
