sounds like your engine blew the decompressin plug out. You can buy a aluminium one from just about any parts dealer. it happens on the 04s all the other years dont have the plug any more.
Blowing Oil Onto Header
hey guys i just put a kickstart on my quad and today is the first time it's been run since. my motor is more or less spraying oil from a little hole that points directly at the header. is there a line i missed or what? i'll try to put a parts diagram up so i can explain better.

thanks for the help. just a question does your local dealer stock stuff like that? my local dealership doesn't carry a single part that I've ever needed. there used to be a performance shop in my town that had everything i needed in stock and the owner basically taught me everything i know now about building motors but he went to work for the local dodge dealership a few months ago and all i have left is the local shop that charges twice as much and doesn't even stock oil filters
