the PC3 had an add on ignition module, which would not be available for the 450r... i have yet to see the ignition module for the PC5

i have been reading up on PC3 and PCV and it seem that they only control fuel. i am just wondering if they also control timing?
if not, how can we adjust the timing on them?

The PCV does not control ignition timing. It only plugs in to the injector and throttle position sensor.
