I just finished the rebuild on my bike to make it a 501, and was looking for a place to start and break in my motor before taking it to the dyno to get tuned. The mods on the bike are listed below:

Ported head with +1 valves
FCI Intake without the airbox
12.5:1 Venom piston
Dasa exhaust
43.5mm bored carb

45p,195m,3rd clip down on needle,1.5turns out on A/F screw,that should get ya started,then i would break it in on the dyno and get it dialed in there

Thanks for all your help! The quad started right up, and made some decent power... Bike made 54.4 hp once I got it tuned, but I was really surprised at where my jetting ended up!
