2008 Chain Adjustment? Wtf?

I do not know how to use the "eccentric chain adjustment" on the new bike. I want to put a 15t sprocket on the front and do not know how to adjust the chain, can anyone help for an 08 YFZ I looked EVERYWHERE and cannot find anything on how to do it.

Loosen the 4 bolts at the end of the swingarm, stick an allen wrench or something into one of the holes on the left side of the carrier through the rear sprocket hub, and rotate the rear wheels forward. This will rotate the carrier forward, thus loosening the chain.
Its very simple and can be done in just 2 minutes
