it will increase your top speed. I have one on mine for duning.

It's just like putting taller rear end gears in a car. You gain some higher speed, but you lose a little pulling power down low.

IN my opinion I like a taller gear. The 450 has plenty of power to pull you out of the corner but will continue to pull all the way to the next. In result you are actually faster even if you are not running all the rpm's that you may be with a smaller gear. Now don't get to excited and run a super tall gear, you can DEFENITLEY over due it.

would you recommend going to this sprocket as i seem to be pulling the rev limiter very quick through 1st,2nd, and 3rd. do you think this is the answer?

no it brings the gears back to the stoock feel
