Hey guys,
Just thought I would show some updated pics of my yfzr. I finally got my rath nerfs, fox rear shock, and quad tech seat cover on. The front fox shocks are from an 08 yfz that had houser a arms. They are 18 1/2. The stock yfzr fronts are 18 1/4. I had to file down one of the upper spacers to get them in the frame. Don't mind the bent bumper! Still waiting on the rest of my rath stuff. Here are the pics.

Notice how I had to mount the heelguard on this side. I made spacers to go between the master cylinder and guard. The heelguard was originally hitting the pipe.

Here is the clearance from the rear shock rezzie to the pipe. Fox made it kind of like a piggy back. It still has a short hose, but it just clamps around the shock body. The rezzie is also mounted upside down so you can get to the adjustment.

You can kind of see how it mounts in this pic.

That's it for now. Let me know what you think!

P.S. If anyone knows of a good dyno tuning shop somewhere near eastern PA, let me know.

I love it! So far it has been great. I would like it a little bit wider in the front. With the 4-1 wheels it is only like 48 1/4 inches wide. I am going to be putting on some burgard long travels. That should get it out over 49 inches. They will also let me fit some 20" shocks on there!
Looks really good man, it's come a long way in such a short period of time. The nerf bars look great on there especially with the black PC.

I thought you were gonna wait for Walsh?

Thanks man! I was waiting for your reply, lol. I think it will look a lot better when I get the bumper as well.

I was going to wait for walsh, but ran into some financial issues. Also, they still don't have a date yet for me on when anything would be available. I am heading to alabama next week and wanted to get stuff on there. Burgard is really willing to help me out. Izzy said my arms and stem should be done monday or tuesday. They have been great to me so far so I want to return the favor and get them some good results!
I've been waiting to see your RATH stuff man, I'm a big fan lol.

Overall it looks like you've made great choices in the direction you're going with for MX. That Podium set-up is pretty trick with that bracket like that, the only thing I question is fading because of the heat coming off the exhaust. I'm sure FOX was on top of that though because of all the R&D they put in to their product.

I can't blame you for not waiting for Walsh. With the season in full swing now, it'll probably take a little longer now for them to get their products out. Also I've heard of Burgard ramping their customer service up so why not give them the benefit of the doubt right?

Good luck man.
Nice setup, now all you have to do is CUT THOSE FENDERS!!!!!! I love the Fox shocks on the stock arms,I think I might do the same.
Thanks guys. I am really happy with the way it is turning out!

Don't look for any cut fenders here. Not my style. I have never liked cut fenders.

Yeah, I am the only one with those graphics. I wanted to pm you before I came down but I forgot. I would have liked to meet ya.

Thanks everybody. I have been putting a lot of time and work into it. As well as beating the crap out of it! I think it is pretty much done now. I am ordering the new wheel kit from douglas so it will have black wheels. I will post some more pics when I get those!
