Graph shows stock vs. cork out lid off vs. dasa pipe, trinity intake(modded box), pc5 tuned by yours truely. Enjoy. Dasa pipe and power commander were both purchased at Fuelatv.com. Intake straight from trinity. I really like this intake setup. Bolted right up and the filter is just right.

2inch holes on the opposite side of the exhaust and on the back. Pretty much cheesed it up. Showed gains of about .5whp across the board, and some nice torque.
Nice numbers! Where are you located? You seem to be very good at dyno tuning. I am looking to get my 09 R tuned. I had some motor work done and I can't get it right. Chances are you are nowhere near me though! lol. I am in eastern PA.
Nice numbers, thanks for sharing the graph  !!
So what your saying as far as the airbox is you just drilled holes in the air box.Still used factory filter and lid still on?
Thanks for the post also and the input as we all are interested in the power this new R will make.
I have the DASA complete system,Twin Air filter, lid removed and PC5 installed.Mine is mapped for the GYTR pipe and the other mods. Was no map for the DASA system on powercommander.com at the time.So thats why I used the GYTR pipe map.
Is there a source for a map with the DASA system that you know of?Thanks.

I can tell you this. I dont have the bike anymore but I started with the gytr map and then took out about 7% fuel across the board at 80% and 100% throttle and the map was real close. The map was a little rich for this setup. Hope this helps ya.

Im located in Boise Idaho and I tune alot of machines. This was my first yfzr and it was very easy to deal with.

ANyone put a yfz intake cam in one yet?[/b]
Yeah I did. I dont have any dyno sheets though. I can definitely tell a difference through the butt dyno! Definitely pulls a lot harder. It also feels like it made it rev quicker also. Definitely worth it.
Dyno will tell the real story. Not saying what you say is wrong.Just that sometimes we make mods and feels good but it is deceiving!
Plus to change cams is not a 10 minute ordeal so dyno is the real deal.If proven then it makes it worth it.
If it pulls harder and faster then i'm willing to bet it has an advantage in usable power

Sounds like it might be worth running them....in the end, what matters most, is what the butt dyno translates too. If they feel better for you and your racing style, it shouldn't matter WHAT a regular dyno has to show..

If your concerned about pulling up to the starting gate at a race with a dyno graph sheet in hand to show everybody then I guess that would justify your statement. But if my arse tells me that the YFZ cams I'm running are gonna get me over a good size double out of a turn...who cares about what the "real story" is lol..

Not trying to be sarcastic, but I strongly disagree with your statement. IMO at the end of the day why would you second guess your self on a mod that feels good to you just because a dyno says otherwise.....

Did you adjust any fuel off idle. I know when you rev it fast in nuetral it tends to cough. did you happen to play with that at all?
