Well I have seen very negative posts about the hot rods. So considering your higher than stock compression, stroked, and big bore i would say your weak link is the crank... not from experience but what has been all over this forum about the yfz.

skip the crank and cams ,the crank is junk and the cams aren't needed for that build level.

with those mods a BB build will have the same output, and will be more reliable.

Those Hot Rods stroker cranks have destroyed more than a few fully built YFZ motors. A 480 with OEM crank would be a lot more reliable,
