06 with a Stroker crank and a tall JSR cylinder?

Just thinking about what benefits I would get from a stoker crank in a 06 engine. Now I don't want to go over a 12.5:1 compression ratio and want to stay on 93 pump gas. It would be paired with a JSR tall 98mm cylinder to keep compression down.

Would I have a better rod rotating angle for the crank assembly or am I thinking about this wrong? It seems that i havent seen anyone do this combo yet and wondering why.
