05 To 06 Stem Question

Other than the 1" length difference are they the same? I need to get the bars up on my 05 so a +2" for a 06 would be like a +3" on the 05 correct?

Correct. It will work, but with that kind of extension you might need extended cables.

the difference isnt quite an inch, closer to 3/4 i think.

lol thats good enough for me Im 6'3" and right now its got a stock stem and some low bend bike bars I cant belive anyone ever rode it like this

I'm running an '06 stem on my '05. I'm also running a riser kit that I purchased from Rocky Mountain ATV. Works great. No problems at all. I did have to install +2 cables though.
