Well was out riding the quad and the intake box decided to fill with oil. Ordered new top end 98mm and all the goodies and had JT performance do the case work for the oil mod to be ahead of the game. Pulled clutch to replace the oil pump and rotors and pow. Sh*t show. Inner rotor cracked. Pin shattered and now my outer rotor is stuck stuck stuck in the case. Is the case junk? I've tried drilling and tapping outer rotor to extract with no luck. Heating tomorrow for another round. Best advice guys??? Leaning towards new case even with 20 hours on lower end rebuild. Very frustrated. Advice would really help right about now.

Curious what happened here. I'm preparing to install the J&T oil upgrade kit on an '05 when the parts arrive this week.

Are you saying the outer pump rotor is stuck inside the oil pump case? There should be some amount of clearance there. When you installed the oil upgrade, did you swap over the '05 oil pump rotors into the '07 pump?
