Off topic Cuda but what base and head gasket setup did you go with on your athena\venom setup?

you had no issue with the squish at all with the venom piston? i had to run a cometic rubber coated steel at .040 thick with the .027 head gasket to get proper clearence..

I had aproblem at first with the cometic base,but put the oem on and works great.thanks to terses sticky.Thanks terse

Any time... It looks like your truly enjoy your hobby like I do.. Only down side to it is my job.. Working on engines and multiplex systems with over 50 to 60 computers all day burns me out a little, but hey I quess at the least I get paid to do what I love witch makes it better...lol I will say one thing though working on cars for people who makes houndreds of thou a year can be a pain in the azz. They will and can complain about anything even if its completly normal opperation....
