Just picked this up

Buddy had a spare blown engine he got with a bike he bought.
Well I got it for cheap. Upon tear down, this thing is in rough shape. It's been taken apart before. It was rtv and every Allen key stripped. All put together with an impact gun it felt like.
It was supposedly done by east coast atv. They are out of business.
Well I'm going to slowly get parts and build another xc engine. Pretty identical to the once I have now.
I have the head sitting in a hot water bath now.

Its gonna be a slow process. Going to try different things and see if anyone wants to experiment.

Nah. But if any builder wants to try it i'll let them.
Like I said this is going to be a slow process. I will get the crank and bottom end done first.
Head and piston will be next. Then clutch.
I will nickel and dime parts and slowly get it all in order. I also have to see what's missing or damaged on closer inspection. I did a quick tear down just to assess. Now I need to really inspect
