Default Intake Cam

I have a 2011 R, I'm getting head ported and was told to get a carb'd intake cam for mine. Which year or does it matter? 04-06?

Couple the 06-09 YFZ intake cam and a good ported head. I added a milled CP 13.5:1 MX piston and it just sounds mean! You will feel it, but you will want to get it dyno tuned or copy someone's tune to max your throttle response and HP/TQ curve.
