Hey,
New guy here. Just bought an '09 450R and have a couple quick questions. The quad came 'custom' tuned (dynojet programmer) for GYTR exhaust (loud), No air box and sprockets. My questions are this: 1) can I run the airbox with minimal effects to the tune? (does the 450R have adaptation?) 2) I use this for trail riding and the GYTR exhaust is very loud. What would You guys recommend that still makes good power but is quiet? 3) What A/F ratio is ideal for these motors on pump fuel on WOT? Thanks!!! |

Thanks for the quick reply, Jaredp.
Correct, no air box lid. But being there is a fair amount of water where We ride, I'd like to put one back on. Do these quads have adaptation like a modern fuel injected car? I'll be taking a look at Your exhaust shortly. |
