Default Dasa exhaust - need jetting tips

I have the Dasa Racing exhaust on my 2006 YFZ 450 and canít seem to get the tuning right. Can anyone help suggest the proper jetting?

Originally it had a 155 Main Jet and a 42 Pilot Jet. When I got the pipe someone at Dasa recommended a 175 Main Jet and 45 Pilot Jet with 2.5 turns out on the air mixture screw. I did that but it still wonít idle, it just stalls out if youíre not giving it gas. Runs great when youíre on the gas, maybe a little popping on deceleration.

Appreciate any help.

I think you should try a 48 pilot jet if you have a stock motor with the air box lid removed.

The motor is stock and I do have the airbox lid removed. Any thoughts on the air mixture screw? Should I just keep going up on the Pilot if the 48 doesn't work? How do I know when I've gone too big on the Pilot?

I've got an 08 with a Dasa and stock motor w/ airbox removed and mine runs strong with a 162 main, 45 pilot, needle on clip 3, 2.5 turns on air/fuel screw.
