Just a little history on us for those who don't know who we are and what we're about....

DFR llc. owner Rudy Gonzales opened Dirtfiend Racing in 1998, as a means to help support his ATV motocross career. Rudy a UTI graduate with a degree in automotive repair was working as auto technician for ten years when he decided to launch DFR a fledgling ATV service and accessories shop out of his garage in Chandler, AZ. With Rudy’s reputation as the fastest rider in Arizona, DFR’s base on superior customer service, and the support of the company’s customers DFR grew rapidly. Unfortunately while DFR was growing Rudy’s racing career was cut short due to multiple leg injuries. With his never waving passion for the sport since he first sat on a Honda ATC 70 in 1983 Rudy focused primarily on moving the company forward. Two years after the company started it moved from Rudy’s garage to its first physical location Mesa, AZ. The company’s reputation grew nationally when Rudy was named mechanic for Factory Yamaha/Lonestar Racing’s Keith Little in 2005. Rudy helped Keith capture his first overall Pro race win at round 2 of the ATVA Pro ITP Moose GNC series and to an overall 8th place finish. In 2008 Rudy signed on as Sage Bakers mechanic for Team Epic/Factory Can-Am. Team Epic Can-Am consisted of Sage Baker, Jeremy Lawson, and Greg Gee. Quickly moving his way up through the ranks Rudy became the team’s crew chief midway into the AMA pro-quad season. Over the course of a few years DFR has become recognized as a major player in the ATV sport and race industry.

Today, DFR is still owned and operated by the companies founder Rudy Gonzales. Rudy backed with a tight nit team are spreading the company’s infamous skull logo world wide with our product distributors in Australia, South Africa, and Europe. The team is also working closely with the leading manufactures in the industry to provide the best products possible to their customers. Superior customer service has been the base of DFR since the beginning and will stay the fundamental principle of the company as DFR moves forward.

Give us a shout if you need anything.
