No such animal unless you can find a set that defy simple geometry. by increasing the length of the A-arms you increase the radius of the travel therefore increasing the distance the A-arms travel at the end even with stock shocks. The only reason you would need longer shocks for any A-arm kit is if the mounting point for the shock was moved out from the stock location which is not necessary but I believe most manufacturers do just so they can sell you a set of shocks and steal another grand of your hard earned money. I guess what I am getting at is that he needs to find a set of +2 arms with shock mounting points at the stock location, but he will in the end still have extended travel.
