i baught an asv clutch lever and perch for my bike. and of course it didnt work because it had to much play. so i did what you guys said and i took and old clutch adjust off of an asv i had on my banshee and now there is no more slack and it seems to work. there is just one catch. now the clutch does not pull enough to engage and disengage. i even adjusted the clutch arm on the motor and that didnt help!! please help i dont wanna go back to a stock lever!!! Adjust the lever itself out a little on your ASV where it pivots.
