my buddy has a prm grab bar. they say it will break your sub frame before the grab bar. well its true. my buddy broke 2 sub frames already doing wheelies. he asked how to keep from breaking them. i told him learn how to ride good wheelies! and stop hitting the grab bar. lol he said he is getting good. lol not good enough if he is hitting the bar. lol

best way to learn is in first gear, learn how to control ur weight with your rear brake while staying within your balance point.... when you learn your balance point then learn to switch gears. Keep working on it and before you know it you will be going through all your gears like it's nothing...

I'm new to this forum bu. Figured I'd let u know that me and my buds found a grab bar with a roller on it in a dirt wheels or some other atv mag. Can't remember the name of company but it looked like the blingstar x country with a roller on the back. It was pretty sweet.

i made a grab bar out of stainless strap on the sides and a stick of square tubing for the back piece. and in our school parking lot i let a friend ride it and he never rode a yfz before and firtst thing he did was set my quad on its ass and ****ed my subframe all up! but my grab bar was perfect lol... spend the money on a grab bar. its worth it

Just fuel for thought. I use this on my off road truck and it is just to build a weak point on the greab bar. If I did it on a rear grab bar I would buil it with two pieces. A rear portion and a portion which attaches to subframe. Connect the two with a big bolt 3/8 or 12 mm and a small bolt like 1/4 or smaller. Theory goes small bolt breaks and big bolt keeps it from falling off. Oh and carry spare small bolts. Just an idea if you are that hard on it.
