Try finding a round three way rocker switch ha ha I looked for a long time last night. If I drill the holes right they will be fine. They don't need to be waterproof because I never ride in the rain and I have one for my LED's right now and my quad has been out in the rain in snow for a week and it still works fine. All the connections are under the plastic so I am not worried plus I am going to silicon the connections anyway. Thanks for advice though I am just working with what I can get. I just wanted three switches that all looked the same and were small. Pictures to come.

Ok, so i read this and did everything up to the headlight switch. everything else works fine, its just that i can't get the headlights to work. i can't figure out where you find the red and brown wire? i only have the blue, yellow and green wires left? maybe i'm missing something.. right now i have the blue wired to the middle of my on/off/on switch, and the yellow, and green on the sides. i know you said ground those, but i used to have my led's wired to the green wire, so whenever i used my old switch, the LED's would come on when i put the switch on low. I never ran them with the headlight actually on the bike thought, so maybe i messed something up... i have an '06, any help would be appreciated..
thanks, Mitch.

Ok here's the deal I have a 05 and the wiring is different than the newer years! The main difference is the light wiring. The main power is the yellow w/ red stripe and red which are actually the same wire (the red comes off the yellow w/ red stripe).
The blue and yellow wire are for the high beams and the green is for the low beams. So if you want to have high beams you wire your yellow / red stripe wire to one side of the switch and yellow and blue together to the other side. If you want low beams you wire your yellow w/ red stripe wire to one side and the green wire to the other side. you could also use a 3 way switch and have high beams on one side and low beams on the other side. For the kill/start switch is the Blue wire w/ Black stripe to Black wire w/ White stripe on the kill switch. Then Black wire to Black wire on kill switch. Here is a diagram of what i did. Blue and yellow (high beam) to switch output Green (low beam) I wired for high beams only wire not used Yellow/red to switch input Connect Blue and Yellow wires together and connect to switch's output Cut yellow/Red (main power source) cut it back to where they splice together because they are the same wire. connect yellow/red wire to switch's input For switches with indicator supply ground to switch's ground pin. HOPE THIS HELPS SOME PEOPLE OUT.

simple, the kill switch can use a normal two position switch, the start button uses a momentary switch. the headlights, i didn't even know i had high and lows, lol, but is just a three position switch. off to advanced auto.
why are there no pictures?

For the clutch lever wires it was pretty brief and the pics don't work but what needs to be done with the two wires loop the bullet connectors together or leave them apart?

Cleaning up the glass bowls I use to mix and make my lotion bars is such a pain! Is there an easier way to clean the harden wax off the glass, etc.? I try re-heating, but still cools and hardens faster than I can wash them
