Default Tool Kit Placement?

Anyone have a good option for mounting a basic tool kit and/or tire repair kit? I can just BARELY fit the tire kit above the battery after moving the fuse holder and relay out of the way, but I'm not finding a good spot for a basic tool kit to mount without putting it in harms way.

The guys I ride with all have newer quads, but tend to be pretty destructive and usually in the most inopportune spots. Always better to be prepared and not use it than need it and not have it.

I've thought about the same thing. When I ride I'm usually riding with a buddy who owns a KTM 525XC and we're racing through the trails. When things bust they do it in the worst possible places.

I've started to carry a small strap (so we might be able to tow each other out of the mud, etc) in my camelback and should start putting some basic tools in there also.

Have you thought about a front bumper with a compartment? I remember seeing those while back.

thats a good idea theres a few inches of room there, would be perfect to fit some sort of tool kit.
