Default powdering coating frame question

Im going to have my frame powder coated but my main question is what to do about all the threads? Do i need to get metric bolts to keep the paint out?

x2 on this. Also would recommend running a tap in all the holes before reassembly it will make it alot easier on you.

I would tap new threads as much as you can and use universal sizes on the bolts. IT is a lot easier to work on a quad if you only new 3 wrenches to tear it down.
