Default need more power

So I am pretty new to this forum and I am looking to do a few more upgrades to my yfz450 and need some suggestions. Currently I have a gytr exhaust, cam mod, and a 13:1 high compression piston. Looking probably to purchase either a ron woods intake or a fuel customs intake, but still haven't decided. I have also looked at port and polishing the head. What kind of increase can I expect from the intake or port and polish? Any suggestions on next upgrades that will make a difference without breaking the bank? Your help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

hi I live in Utah as well and mostly ride at Jericho (little sahara) and want to put in a 13:1 compression piston. Do you have to run high octane at our altitude? Thanks

I have heard so many different things. We initially just put in premium, but that was just while running it around where we live. Never rode a full day on just premium. I run a mix, half premium, half high octane. Haven't had any issues so far. You can buy high octane at the pump at Kellerstrass auto which is about 4800 S redwood rd in taylorsville. I believe it is about $8 a gallon.

That's awesome. What does it typically cost to do the ported head?
