Default ccp stabilizer.gen II

i just got my new ccp stabilizer and its freakin awesome!!
its the new one with separate center and side adjustments and it actually feels like i have power steering! i only got a couple easy laps in at the local track before dark but so far i'm impressed! i also gotta give James at CCP a huge thumbs up for the quick response to my e-mail and the quick shipping.

Awesome! I've been very eager to hear some feedback on the new ccp. I'm gearing up to order one myself.

It has 8 settings for each circuit but it doesn't have clickers so it's really a variable rate adjustment and i can feel the difference with just a slight turn of the knob. 1 being the softest and 8 the hardest. I'll have a little more time after work today to play with the settings, but i started at 4 on each circuit and the quad feels like its running on rails even at our rough ass hard packed track!! I also have the precision shock n vibe clamps on a houser anti vibe stem so even with stock suspension it feels like a Cadillac now! I've never ridden with a precision stabilizer but there's no way it's $275 better. You won't be dissapointed.

If u do get the precision clamps, make sure u get the ones with the correct length bolt for ur stem and make sure it comes with the rubber cone bushings and the cupped washers. mine didnt have the cones or washers with it and i had to wait another week before i could ride it. they're great though and while riding u can't feel the flex in the clamps. way cool!!

the rubber cones and cupped washers are only needed for an anti vibe stem though.

The guy is easy to work with, he didnt have any listed for the older bikes with the center, side adjustment. i emailed him and put a listing up for me for the two we got. shipped quick, excited to see the difference these things make.

Well I should have seen it coming. I was bidding on the ccp dual adjustment for the R and the bid got ran up to 250. Thats a dollar more than he sells them outright! So I sent him a message, hopefully he will send me a buy it now option. I figured as soon as someone posted up some good feedback on one, everyone would start driving the prices up!

So how do they look? Are they heavy duty? Well built? Also, how long did it take to get it to your door?

It only took a few days to get them here. they look awesome, seem to be solid, but only time will tell with some real world testing
