Default Trail Riding

Hey guys I just picked up a 2010 yfz450x yesterday = and was wondering what I should go with for parts for trail riding right off the bat. Im sure you guys get these posts a lot but i was looking around and found a bunch of different parts on different websites. Are there any specific sites that have better prices/service than the rest?

Mainly interested in protecting the quad (nerfs/skids/shock covers) first and doing performance parts later on. So far the only part im pretty sure i'll be grabbing are the prm skid plates since everyone on here seems to love them. Again is there any vendor i can get them cheaper for than PRM's website?

Thanks in advance for any help and glad to be part of the forums

Just ordered the PRM z swingarm skid plate (1/4), a gallon of yamalube 10w-40 and 5 of those tusk oil filters from ebay. Anything else you guys would grab right off the bat?

MSD programmer. It will eliminate the dead spot just off of idle. Plus your going to need it for future mods. Also congrats on your new bike. Take some photos of it and enter it in out quad of the month contest, located in the YFZCENTRAL contests section.
