i downloaded a service manual but i cant find where it says the socket size of the swingarm pivot bolt, it must be like a 21 or 22mm?
also how does one remove the front sprocket? im trying to get my engine out, was moving along fine until i hit these snags. thanks in advance! shane

i think its a 24mm socket.... but bend the keeper tab back to flat, put the bike in gear and remove the nut... the shaft is splined so it might need some wd-40 and some persuasion....

My sprocket was so stuck on one of my bikes that there was no way that I could get it off with a normal socket wrech. Impact gun did not work either. I ended up putting the chain on and turning it until it got stuck and just jurned it until it came loose.
So that sprocket might be quite stuck if it has not been removed recently. Not sure about the pivor bolt nut size though

thanks for the replies, but it still doesnt answer my questions. does anyone out there know the size of the nut for the the pivot bolt, and a diffinitive size for the front sprocket? i have to buy the sockets, and an impact gun this week.
