what plug do I need for the YFZ450R 09
a friend told me to buy iridium plug what this plug iridium mean??

your bike takes a NGK CR8E, I don't use the iridium cuz i cant justify the price difference.

Iridium plugs refers the material used to construct the electrode, right now electrodes are made of Nickel/Copper (short spark plug life), Platinum (medium spark plug life), Iridium (long spark plug life), people buy iridium cuz there long life and efficient spark the more fuel you ignite with every combustion stroke mean more HP

If your bike is stock don't worry about it its more important to get you spark plug gap correct ( 0.7-0.8 )

i personally would spend the extra 2 bucks for the iridium it lasted me over a year so far and still looks and starts great. supp the new pulstar plugs out are the best but are super expensive probably not worth it for an atv

with what tool can I spark plug gap correct ( 0.7-0.8 ) ?
I want to buy the iridium plug what is the type I need ?
