Is there any chance It could of jumped timing? Didnt really check it when we took it apart but there is no marks on the valves or on piston and the valves aren't bent so I didn't think that was it but could it? And It was running a little hotis that from just not having oil everywhere in the motor for the first start or not having the air box on?

I would start checking to see if it had compression, or do a leak down test. I hope you did not run it that long with just an open carb, as you said that you didn't have the airbox on. If you did, it would be running way too lean, and that would cause the engine to heat up, and could have caused it to seize the piston. If it were me, I would take the top end back apart, check for damage, then re-assemble it. It could have jumped time, but you definitely have something going on...

It's disassembled right now there is no marks on the cylinder the motor spun free when I took the head off. Is there a reason for it to jump time?

A worn timing chain, guides, or tensioner can cause it to jump. That is it.

Ok well I started putting my yfz together I checked every thing over but can't find a problem. I put my exhaust valve in and it moves fine but I put the intake valve in and it won't spin the bearing is fine it will spin in my hand fine. But as soon as I put it in the head even with the cap off it still is just locked won't spin. It's really making me mad.

If your intake valve(s) are stuck, you could have worn/shot valve guides. Without springs, retainers, clips, etc, your valves will slide pretty much freely. If they are sticking, something is wrong. With the intakes stuck, your cam cannot turn which may be the cause of it locking up. Do you have the proper lash & clearances on your cams?

The cam won't move the valves are fine the move when you push them even if the lobes of the cam are away from the valve top it still don't move
