Default Rath nerf bar mounting issuse

Having a problem with mounting my rath monster peg nerfs.
Right off the bat I notice the peg mounts are identical.
From my understanding they shouldn't be. I know with AC peg mounts
The right and left are different.

Basically wanna know if anyone knows if I can use different peg mounts
On my raths.. I don't know why or even if they come with 2 of the same mounts
But I ended up with that.

No one knows?! not even another opinion or guess?!

Its annoying how i spend all this money on nerfs and they dont mount correctly.

Either one is higher or one is more forward then the other.
Guess i'll have to buy the AC pro peg mounts and see if im going to waste 30$

how can one be higher or more forward than each other when you said
they were the same?
mount it up or call rath
mine were the same too and no problems

Try giving Jen at Rath a call (320) 234-7223... she should be able to help get you sorted out.
I've got a set of the monster peg nerfs on my YFZ and I seem to remember that the left/right mounts are slightly different. I can check later tonight, but I'm pretty sure.
Either way, give them a call - I'm sure they will be happy to help...

Yeah right, Rath has terrible customer service...I ordered a set for my Raptor 250 last year 3 weeks before I had to move and they hadn't even gotten them to the powder coaters yet

I had to cancel my order and it took 5 months to get my money back!!! They didn't actually cancel the order when I initially called, it took reporting them to the BBB to get a refund

TERRIBLE and they never answered the phone or returned any of the 15 voicemails I left

Worst experience I have ever encountered and there are numerous people that have had problems with mounting thier Rath products

My Rath nerfs mounted perfect. I installed them myself the night before my first race. Jennifer @ Rath has always been very helpful. They now sponsor me too. I just ordered a rear grab bar from them the other day and when I ordered they said it may take a week to two to ship, well it was to my door 4 days later. You won't be disappointed once you get them on. Also, if you have problems contacting them let me know. I have another email address you could try.

Thats what I thought because I ordered a grab bar and bumper just a few months before.

I ordered the white nerfs from them last summer and it was a disaster...I thought that 3 1/2 weeks was enough time to atleast get them powedercoated but when I called the daughter was extremely rude and said they hadn't even been taken over to get powdercoated yet.

I was fine with it and asked nicely to cancel the order and she said she would ok, three days later no confirmation email of the cancellation...I called back and she said they only do cancellations on Tuesday or something weird like that

This went on for the next 4 months and the only answer I could get is "the cancellation takes several days to process" I would say "well it's been 3 months, don't you think thats a little extreme?" then the daughter of the owner would get lippy and rude with me

after 4 months and no refund, I was forced to report them to the BBB and magically I got a return a week later

I even gave them a chance after I moved to take the nerfs over to the powedercoaters and they lead me on for over a week...kept saying they would be done and that was the same story everytime we called

I just went through a huge ordeal with rath. Ordered a set of 44 series for my kfx on oct 14th 2011. During this time i have spoken with rath 2 times...first time brit told me the ship date was 12/21 for my nerfs. Ok so the 21st goes by with nothing so i called rath. Spoke with jen this time and she informed me that the place they got ordered through, rath had all there orders closed for them so i should be recieving them. 2 weeks later still nothing. Didnt even bother calling them i just cancelled my order. Then come to find out the place that the orders where supposedly closed at where in fact not closed so brit lied to me and then jen straight up lied to me.
I will never run anything rath on my quad after this. They need a serious lesson in customer service.

Amen, finally someone sees their sketchy system...they lie a lot to customers and that is not right, report them to the BBB

Speaking of the BBB i have read on other forums that customers had to take it that far just for rath to issue a refund. I dont care how good there products look if they cant tell the truth to the customer and be up front about issues then i want nothing to do with them.

And on top of that almost every time i see someone who got new rath nerfs seems to have nothing but issues when mounting them.
