Question steering stem?

is the 06 stock steering stem the same as the 08 i found one on ebay for cheap.

I would think so, there baiscally the same from 04-2012.

I wouldn't bother putting another OEM stem on there. Find a nice anti-vibe used in the FS section. You will be much happier.

I have a 2012 yfz 450 if i find a 04 steering stem that is a plus one will be any taller than my stock stem?

So no it will not but u may find a houser or some thing for the yfzr.

Default steering stem

I dont have the yfz 450r i just have the yfz 450 i looked on Houser and they have one that from 04-05 its a +1.5 and from 06-13 it makes it +11/16 the only reason i ask is because i race arena cross and the turns are so tight my handle bars are hitting my legs im trying to get a lil higher so that will stop
