Default Rear shock question

The rear shock when compressed slowly will return to normal slowly but when compressed quickly it will return faster than when compressed. I mean real fast. Is this adjusted with the rebound setting?

You could haave a blown shock. YOu can try slowing the rebound down and see how it works. YOu could also be bottoming out and hitting the bottom out bumper which will make it rebound alot faster. How many turns of preload do you have on it?

sounds like the shock is blown. I blew my rear PEP last night at the track and it does the same thing

double check your rebound and compression. Stock settings are: Rebound (bottom screw) 1 3/4 out, from fully turned in position ( The more out you go, the softer it is). Compression (top screw) 1 3/4 out from fully turned in position. (more out is softer) Start from factory setting, then adjust it from there. See how it feels.
