Default honda bolt pattern

Hey guys
I have a question. what is the reason if any to go to a honda style hub i have some that i got from a parts bike i bought with hardkor spindle shafts any light on this will be great

front or rear. we run honda rear hubs on our sand drag bike because you can get a 7 and a 6 wide rear rim which help give a tire more role out

they are in the front with billet hubs

the only advantage is u can find used rims and more rims for the honda pattern
