How many rotations with the mixture screw?

Thanks and greetings from Germany

To get "like" suggestions on jetting you need to include your elevation where you ride, then others with similar mods and same elevation can tell you what they have (a good starting point sometimes).Adjust Perfectly? Go to a reputable shop that has a dyno and get it dyno tuned, this is the closest to perfect.

+1. The fuel screw should be between 1.5-2.5 turns out. If you have to turn it out more than 3 turns, go up one pilot jet size. Do you have any popping on decel? Crisp throttle response? Do you have an adjustable needle in it? What needle is in it if it is adjustable, is it the NCVQ? Do you have any bog, when you stab the throttle?
