Also here is the AC Racing "Flow" pipe... $559.95

http://acracing.com/itemdetails.cfm?...gId=49&id=1212

Unleash the up to 10+ hidden horsepower and torque you've been looking for with our 100% made in the USA exhaust systems. All AC HVO systems are handcrafted from TIG welded mandrel bent aircraft quality 304 stainless steel, a hardened 6063 aluminum muffler housing, and 6061 aluminum front and rear end-caps that are hard anodized to a military spec. that makes them 800% to 1000% harder than raw aluminum. Includes a removable U.S.F.S. spark arrestor.

[/b]

Here's the deal right off about this pipe I see. "Made in America"... yet they show the peak HP of the yfz (quad motor) @ 11,500 and reving out to 12,500 with the only mods changed being a 172 main jet, and lid off. BS! or their dyno is off for advertising purposes.

However "if" some one wanted to send me one for the test, I would consider it.

Tersejr is waiting on me. I have a brand new motor to install next Sunday, have to change the oil in Redrocket20's quad and break my engine in before we use our two quads and his. I have and continue to work 60+ hrs a week, but hope to have everything ready to dyno in the next 30 days, if not before.

My only saving grace is that it may take a little while for everyone to send Tersejr their pipes, so it buys me a little more time.

Truth be told....

It won't take place earlier then June, not in late June to early July.... people want to ride for memorial day, 4th of July... pipes have to be sent to me, tested and mailed back, so in the real world possibly mid July to August.... UNLESS I get a wild hair up my a$$ and can get pipes and schedule time, and pay for it all, and return pipes to people so they can ride for the holiday's.

So I am not really waiting on anything but time. This will not be rushed, and planning and execution takes time.

No worries Bobby.

Thanks Eric, I was stressing as usual. I have 2 really important (to me) races, one in June and one in July (You are going along, you just did not know it yet) and was trying to blast through all the shakedowns of my new motor and suspension settings prior.

Mandatory dress apparel for the races will be: 1 cowboy hat, 1 pair shorts, 1 shirt of choice, and Lugz boots.

Who am I Kenny Chesney?

We need to get your suspension dialed in better before the race, this time... and it will be LOTS better.

Another here for LRD pro 4, would love to see how it stacks up against the others. Planned on making a run to Rossier's dyno sometime this summer but my bike is not in anyway stock so it would be hard to tell, just what the pipe does for it. Although I guess I could slap the stocker without the baffle.

Quit yelling... are you yelling because you are trying to speak over your loud a$$ pipe? Put your quiet core in and turn the caps off.

Maybe I should do a poll?

you could do a poll to see what the majority of members want to see tested, but then again I think there are pipes that need to be tested that should be focused on, and not a lot of the no name brands that people want tested because they don't want to spend the money on a real performance pipe.

I agree and updated the list.

Now I need a list of people willing to send in their pipe for testing, then after we have a "picking pool" we can decide on what pipes to test and focus on.

My jardine is still available for the test, I will hold out on ceramic coating it until the test is over so it is accurate, but it is getting bunged for an o2 sensor tomorrow, not that that is really going to make any difference in it's performance.

Why are you putting an o2 sensor on it? Just wondering.

I ride a lot of different places in northern california, all over oregon, and washington, my altitudes can also change by a couple thousand feet, so I find that I am always going through the rejetting routine. I try to write down what was working in a particular area at a particular temp, but at the same time I am always changing things on the bike too. So I decided to make my life a little easier and more accurate by putting an innovate lm1 + rpm meter o2 sensor kit on it. Now my jetting will be accurate in all conditions, and hopefully it will be faster too. I also want to fab up an insert that goes down the tail pipe on other bikes because I also have to tune my brother, dad, sister and a couple friends bikes all the time. luckily most of them have very stock bikes that usually only get run in the dunes.

I know it sounds stupid but Id like to see what one of the lexx exhausts from rmatv does. They are supposed to be tuneable and for 200 bucks with a lifetime warranty that would be a great deal if it produced good numbers. And with WORCS out here on the west coast lowering the sound limit again we are in need of good pipes that are quiet. Now they are down to 96 dbs. It kind of irritates me. I know we don't need pipes that are obnoxiously loud, but at the races we are usually out in the middle of nowhere with people who like the sound of exhaust's so why lower the limit at all?

It would be interesting to see a new Mmad in frame pipe as well. I know Tersejr would like to see one. I just don't think anyone has one yet to test. Just a thought

I haven't even seen a picture of his in frame yet, and would love to test it against a nmotion, jardine, gp pipes... etc. kinda like another "big boy pipe" shoot out.
