when you take the fibers off do they have to go back on the same way they came off? I'm confused about how exactly you do the mod. I get the replacing the last ring with the little silver ones on it. I just don't understand the whole procedure

I just replaced my clutch on my 07 YFZ and I noticed on the parts diagrams that the 2010 YFZ doesn't have the half fiber and spring washers. So I bought the clutch kit for '10 with 15% stiffer springs and it's working great other than being a little stiffer to pull in.

yes. YZ450f. and thank you. i looked up the part numbers for the 05 yz and the 07 yz, and they were different so i wasnt sure if i was able to use the them.

anyone try running half yfz springs and half yz450 springs (3 0f each in alternating patern)?? dont know if it would make the clutch wear odly or not but it should split the difference between the 2 as far as effort to pull in the clutch but still give you a bit more bite.....

Can someone update the original post with the picture again. It's a bit hard to follow this whole procedure with no illustration of what the #'s are. Thanks
