The Wicked pistons are and will gold up as good or better than anything else out there. They are forged from CP's latest forgings, with some added things tht now even the off the shelf CP pistons have.
Let me say again...the Wicked piston is a CP piston built to our specs...so if a CP holds up and you like it then you will like the Wicked as much or more. The design is a flat top high compression...this is the best of both worlds....1 a flat top is the optimal design for revving, scavenging, flame travel etc...2 at 13.5 compression you are getting the HP and TQ you need and want...all while revving out on top MUCH better than the current high compression DOMED pistons off the shelf.
I have ran the GYTR 13:1 actually about 12.7:1, and the JE (old Sparks) 14:1 piston...and just a tid bit of info for you guys Sparks no longer sells or pushes the 14:1 pistons, realibility and revability issues. Mine came out of my bike after about 20 hours with small cracks on the top of it. This was 18 months ago or so however.
colton..I know that you feel that "if the pros don't run it then it ain't good" But our piston has only been avaliable for a very short time, and just last week did the 40+ ship out to customers. Some ride reports will be coming in as time goes by....I do not anticipate anyone being dissapointed at all.
