X2 adjust idle, turn it right to turn up idle turn left to turn it down when adjusting turn alittle bit either way you need to then stab the throttle and listen to it when it comes back down

I tried that already doesn't make to much of a difference. I was reading that if you arent careful when removing the throttle cable that you can mess up the tors settings and it seems like more of that route then just a idle ajustment. Thank you,John

You dont even need it to run. Just unplug it for now, see if anything changes. Do you have freeplay in your throttle cable? You should have some. Any air leaks between carb and motor? What pilot jet in there? Slide in the right way?

Do a search on here. You can easily bypass it.

thats all ive been doing the passed couple of days.....Now when bypassing the TORS from the carb does that automatically cancel out the TPS as well or will i have to bypass the TORS and then the TPS directly from the thumb throttle?

The tors bypass is the connection by the carb. Unplug the two pin connector and loop a wire on the connector on the harness side, not the one going to the carb.
