Default Which big bore cylinder kit and why?

Just looking for opinions on which cylinder kit is the best and why. I did some searching on here, but couldn't find a direct comparison with opinions.

Not looking to run high compression. 12:1 is fine with me, might get the head ported and run some after market cams, but nothing crazy.

Let me know your thoughts- Thanks

There are a lot of good companies, and each BB kit depends on your budget. You really get what you pay for. JSR, Athena, Ice Cube and Cylinder Works all make BB kits. Cylinder Works is probably one of the cheapest, but do your research well. JSR is one on the high end, but I would not hesitate to use it.

Cylinder works is super risky imo. Athena is the best bang for the buck. That's what I run, if money was no object I would get a JSR, but $350 more than the Athena
