Default RS2 pipe = RED in low rpm. (jetted)

hello everyone,
i have yoshimura rs-2 FULL system
and no metter wich jet i put in its still glow red..
i used moose dyno jet cuz i have mikuni carbuacrtor
and i have a stock air filter and i used 170 mainjet and i put the needle from the dyno jet and its still glow red in low rpm.. in middle rpm and High rpm its good..
if i put the 175 its too much fuel and the quad sound like he want to get off.

its not a problem, its just what happens when you heat up metal. If you dont want it to "glow" just leave the motor off and ride it down the hills and push it back to the top

a really easy way to make it so you dont see it red anymore is to put header wrap on it! i have a red pipe on my x and what generally do is look forward where im riding and not down at the pipe!

It's not a problem, it is normal. Certain exhausts do it worse than others due to variations in materials used as well as the thickness of the material. It could be that your yosh headpipe is thinner than your buds.

If you read all the "therds" then you should know you have nothing to worry about.

seriously, if you still think something is wrong
Ditch the dynojet crap, get a NCVQ needle.
If you can't figure out this simple problem or jetting then maybe you need to bring it to someone to help you, or dyno tune it.

^^ this is me not being a dick good luck bud
