What kind of screws are holding the oil filter cover on? hex or allen heads?

Does your swingarm have 4 allen bolts or no bolts on the carrier for adjustment?

You have a 06 frame.

You are supposed to have aluminum bumpers, and two pinch bolts holding tension for the axle carrier.

The 06 also has a resistor on the right hand front down frame tube, where the 04-05's do not.

If it can't be fixed with a hammer or duct tape, then you've got an electrical problem.
