what should i do? jetting

I have a 2005 yfz with the following mods..and i need advice for the proper jet setting..
Yoshimura slip on
Jet kit
K&n pro flow filter w lid box off
—------------
Now when i drive it, its not getting enough fuel. It backfires a bit and when im going and hit the throttle it sometimes misses a beat. Its not terrible but definitely not set right. Now when i pull the choke to 1/2 choke it runs A Lot better but still backfires and misse a beat but not as bad with the choke off.
Does anyone know if adjusting the air/fuel screw will help? And what settings should i use?

Yes i did, i got it dynotuned and different jets thrown in it at my local powersports dealer. Runs like a champ, only thing that sucks is the rev limiter in 5th gear.
