I basically get as far with a motor as I can with tuning and parts.... then look at the power curves, rev speed, and determine if the motor needs more cfm or velocity with regards to intake tuning, or a larger pipe for out going flow, a larger carb, etc..... Obviously in the above build of mine at that time in it's tune it needed some intake modifications lolI P.S. then after I find that missing link, I go back to looking at the power curves and decide what the motor wants/ needs..... and the process starts over lol Last edited by Terse; 02-06-2012 at 11:21 PM. |
