i had a question about the wires going to the throttle, the clutch, and the brake. You can just cut them out? im guessing the clutch wire is for starting the bike with the clutch in? the throttle wire is for the TPS, and the brake wire is for the rear brake light? is it bad to do this? if im not mx ing is it worth it. i like the look but what are the pros and cons of removing these wires?

thanks in advance

the pros - it cleans up the bars, the cons u have to have the clutch in to start, there really inst a con to this mod, u dont have to be a mx rider to have it done, it just simlply cleans the bars up a bit, gives ur bars a clean look, i did it, like the way it turned out, well, the only con i can think of now is if u use front brakes alot, the people behind u cant see the brake light they might rear end ya,

Oh wow, sorry guys. It's been a while since I've been on here. The pics were all on my Imagestation account, which imagestation is no longer active. I still have the pics somewhere...but I believe I also have newer mods so to speak for you guys as well. I'm on my 2nd YFZ and have helped many people through the years with theirs, so I'll see what I can come up with.

Its always awesome seeing the original things that some people are creative enough to come up with for their quads.

I can't seem to find my pictures...Sorry guys

Another thing you could do that works really well:

Buy a tube of 100% silicone, and fill your steering stem with it in the hole below your bars. Doesn't work QUITE as well as an anti-vibe, but for $300, it works fine. You could also do this to your bars if you'd like.

No pics because the Imagestation website shut their hosting services down awhile back.
